We'd love to hear what we can do to make you happy.
You can return your unused order within 30 days of receiving your order or send a picture showing that the product is defective. We confirm the image and in most cases we can resolve the issue with a return. We ensure that you receive your money within 5 working days after we receive your order or after we receive a picture confirmed by our customer service.
Please note: Products purchased with a discount or as part of a discount cannot be returned.
Return by post
You have a maximum of 60 days to exchange a product for a different size/color or request a refund after receiving your order.

2. Prepare your return shipping
Pack your products well in the original packaging if possible, and add a note with your order number. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipping costs that may be incurred as well as the return shipment, so always ask PostNord for a tracking number when you return your package. As soon as you have sent the package, contact us at kontakt@northern-recovery.com and let us know if you want the money back or change the size/color.
Please note: Our head office is in Sweden, so keep in mind that you must ship your order to Sweden when you ship back.
